Creating the finest Balinese Arak possible takes the highest quality raw ingredients. A selection of coconut trees that have slightly elastic leaves and coconut tree flowers that are not big or small can produce highest quality of palm sap. And the selection of natural fermented ingredients from coconut skin and wild tree bark makes the Balinese Arak soft and aromatic.
