Original arak from the Jungle of the Palm

Making Process

Harvest
At the time of harvesting palm sap, there is a unique tradition – the farmer will beat the palm tree and sing while singing. They believe it makes the tree produce the best Nira (Palm Sap).

Fermentation
We do the pasteurization process for all the palm sap collected. It takes 5-7 days of fermentation.

Double Distillation
Through measured combustion and good temperature, we produce original arak as it should be. 33% alc generated makes people enjoy
it very much. Arak we rest in stainless steel tanks for 45 – 60 days.

Bottling
We label and bottle it by manual process. Available in 350 ml and 700 ml bottles.
